- We provide professional creative and technical services tailored to client needs. Scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual agreements or proposals.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Supply necessary assets and approvals
4. Payments
- All fees, payment schedules, and terms will be outlined in client agreements. Late payments may result in paused services.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final deliverables unless otherwise specified. Root Creative retains the right to showcase work in portfolios.
6. Communication & Notifications Consent
- By providing your phone number, mobile number, or email address to Root Creative, you expressly consent to receive communications related to your project.
- This includes, but is not limited to:
- Text message (SMS) notifications
- Email updates
- Project-related alerts generated through our project management systems (including ActiveCollab)
- These notifications may include updates, comments, status changes, or other relevant project activity.
- You may opt out of text message communications at any time by notifying us directly or following opt-out instructions provided in messages. Opting out may impact your ability to receive real-time project updates.
- We will never sell, rent, or share your contact information with third-party companies for marketing or unrelated purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Root Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate services based on the terms outlined in the agreement.
9. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
